Hollywood Power Couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are tackling a new project. They are breaking into the high-end jewelry design arena with their jewelry line for Asprey titled “The Protector.” The limited edition collection of gold jewelry and silver accessories will go on sale at Asprey stores in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Dubai later this week, according to Asprey officials.
The serpent inspired pieces, are somewhat of a tribute to the reptile. When Angelina was pregnant with daughter Shiloh, she was given a ring in the shape of a snake. Since then she’s considered the reptile a protector of her family.
Prices start at $525.00 for an Uber-LUX silver baby spoon accented with a curving serpent shaped handle. Proceeds from sales of the jewelry line will go to Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, which was cofounded by Jolie in 2006. The charity raises awareness and funds to educate child victims of war, conflict and natural disasters.
